Futsal Flooring for Sale: A Buyer’s Guide to Ordering Court Panels
Modular futsal flooring is a project purchase, not a box off a shelf. Here is what to prepare, how the specification is built, and what to check before a purchase order is issued.
- Manufacturer direct, worldwide shipping
- Free layout drawing with every enquiry
- Sample kit before the bulk order
- No adhesive, no curing time
What you are actually buying
Search results for "futsal flooring for sale" tend to imply a retail product — pick a quantity, add to cart, wait for a box. A modular court is not that. What you receive is a complete, calculated court kit: the exact number of panels in each colour, the line-marking panels laid out to your drawing, the perimeter trims, spare panels from the same production run, and the documentation. Everything downstream, from the crate count to the freight, depends on a drawing that does not exist until your site information arrives.
That is good news for a buyer, because it means the scope is defined before money changes hands. It also means the single most useful thing you can do at the start is send a few accurate dimensions rather than ask for a price per square metre in isolation.
Information to prepare before asking for a quote
- Court dimensions — the playing rectangle and the total available slab or site area.
- Indoor or outdoor, and the local climate (strong sun, frost, heavy rain).
- Which sports share the surface, and which line systems and colours are needed.
- The existing or planned subbase: new concrete, asphalt, compacted aggregate, or an overlay.
- Preferred panel format and thickness, or a request for a recommendation.
- Colour scheme, club or sponsor branding, and whether private-label packing is required.
- Destination port or delivery address, and your preferred shipping term.
- Whether your own team or a local contractor will install, and the target completion window.
Send that list and we reply with a layout drawing, the exact panel quantity broken down by colour, the specification sheet and the commercial offer. No prices are published on this site because every court is scoped individually; the quote is built from your drawing, not from a generic rate card.
From enquiry to shipment: the process
1 · Site information. You send dimensions, sport mix and base details; a photo or two of the site helps more than a long description.
2 · Layout drawing. We produce the panel layout with all line markings and colours, plus the calculated quantity and cutting allowance. This drawing is the technical reference for everything that follows.
3 · Sample and specification. A sample kit goes out for grip, ball-response and colour approval. Any OEM branding or special colour is fixed here, before production.
4 · Order confirmation. Quantity, panel format, thickness, colour breakdown, packing method, shipping term and the document set are confirmed against the approved drawing.
5 · Production and inspection. Panels are moulded from 100% virgin polypropylene, and the batch is checked for lock fit, colour consistency and dimensional tolerance.
6 · Packing and dispatch. The court kit is packed by colour and by laying zone so the installer can work from the drawing without sorting thousands of loose panels on site.
Options that change the specification
Panel format. 500 × 500 mm heavy-duty panels cover area faster with fewer locks and are common for large halls and municipal courts; 340 × 340 mm panels give a denser surface feel that many futsal and multisport projects prefer. Both use the same locking system, so a facility can standardise across indoor and outdoor areas.
Thickness. Thickness affects flex, ball response and how the surface behaves over an imperfect base. Our futsal panel thickness guide explains the trade-off for school halls versus competitive courts.
Colour and line markings. Lines are moulded colour panels, so one court can carry futsal, basketball, handball and volleyball markings simultaneously with no repainting. Decide the colour set at the drawing stage, not on site.
Branding and packing. OEM colours, brand printing and private-label packaging are available for distributors and chains. These need to be in the production order, not added afterwards.
Edge trims and spares. Perimeter trims close the expansion gap; a sensible quantity of spare panels from the same run makes future single-panel replacement painless. Both belong in the original order.
Samples and how to test them
A datasheet cannot tell you how a ball feels. Put the sample on a hard, level floor and do four things: roll and bounce a futsal ball on it, pivot on it in the shoes your players wear, wet it and repeat, and lock and unlock it a dozen times. Check that the lock engages positively, that the texture does not polish smooth when wet, and that the colour matches the rest of your facility under its actual lighting. If the court is outdoors, leave a sample in full sun for a few weeks before the bulk order.
Packing, shipping terms and documents
Panels are packed so the laying sequence is recoverable from the drawing — by zone and by colour, not as an undifferentiated bulk load. FOB, CIF and DDP are all workable; the right term depends on your destination, whether you have a freight partner, and who handles customs clearance. State the destination port or delivery address at enquiry stage so the offer includes the correct freight and document scope.
Ask for the document set with the order, not after the shipment: material declaration, current test reports, packing list and the as-built layout drawing. Our sports flooring buyer checklist lists everything worth filing with the purchase order.
Who we supply
Schools and universities, futsal clubs, municipalities and parks departments, sports facility contractors, and distributors building their own branded range. Some buy a single court; others standardise a panel family across a portfolio of sites. For distributors, the OEM & distributor program covers colours, branding and repeat-order consistency.
Questions worth asking any supplier
- Is the material 100% virgin PP, and is the UV stabiliser package declared?
- Will replacement panels from a later run lock into the original court?
- Are line markings moulded colour panels or painted on afterwards?
- What test reports and material declarations come with the shipment?
- Is a layout drawing produced and approved before the quantity is fixed?
- What exactly is included in the packing list — trims, spares, fixings, documents?
If a quotation cannot answer those six questions, the comparison is not like-for-like. Fix the specification first, then compare offers.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell futsal flooring by the square metre?
We quote by project. The panel count is calculated from your court dimensions, run-off zone, panel format, line-marking layout and cutting allowance, then packed and shipped as a complete court kit. Send the dimensions and we return the exact quantity with a free layout drawing.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. A sample kit is the sensible first step, especially if your players are used to a timber or vinyl indoor surface. Test it with your own ball, wet and dry, and check the lock, the texture and the colour before the bulk specification is fixed.
Can the panels carry our club colours and logo?
Yes. Panel colours, moulded line-marking colours, brand printing and private-label packaging are available for distributors and clubs. OEM options are agreed at the specification stage so the layout drawing and production run match.
What shipping terms do you work with?
FOB, CIF and DDP are all workable depending on the destination and whether you have a freight partner. Tell us the destination port or delivery address and we will set out the options and the document set that comes with the shipment.
Who installs the court?
The panels interlock without adhesive or a specialist crew, so most schools, clubs and local contractors install their own court from the supplied layout drawing. We provide the drawing, fixing detail and a maintenance note; your local team handles the base and the laying.
