Outdoor Sports Flooring Built for Sun, Rain and Frost
Outdoor courts fail from weather long before they fail from play. MESKO panels are made for the conditions that destroy concrete and rubber surfaces.
- UV-stabilised for year-round use
- Drains rain in minutes
- Textured grip when wet
- Panel-by-panel repair
What actually kills an outdoor court
Three things: cracking from thermal movement, standing water that lifts and stains the surface, and fading from UV exposure. A modular PP surface answers all three. The panels expand and contract as individual pieces, so a season of freeze-thaw does not open the cracks a poured slab develops.
The perforated base drains water straight through, and the pigment is in the material rather than on it, so colour survives years of sun instead of fading in one summer.
- Playable minutes after rain instead of days.
- No crack repair, no re-sealing, no re-painting.
- Individual damaged panels are replaced on site — the rest of the court is untouched.
Community courts, schoolyards and clubs
Outdoor projects usually start from an existing hard base: an ageing asphalt court, a concrete pad, even compacted gravel. Our panels lay straight over it, which is why municipalities and schools use them to renovate tired courts without demolition. Ramps and edge strips finish the perimeter and provide wheelchair-friendly transitions.
Cold winters, hot summers, coastal air
The panels keep their properties through cold winters and hot summers, and the same product family is used in Northern European winters and Gulf summer heat. For coastal sites, virgin PP resists the salt air that corrodes metal fixtures — keep the fixings stainless and the surface lasts.

Frequently asked questions
What base do we need for an outdoor court?
Any flat, clean and stable base — existing concrete, asphalt or compacted gravel. The panels are laid loose, so no adhesive or concrete work is needed.
Will the colour fade in strong sun?
The colour is moulded into the virgin PP with UV stabilisers rather than applied as a coating, so it holds up far better than painted or rubber surfaces in direct sun.
Can we install the court ourselves?
Yes. Most clients install with their own team using a rubber mallet — full instructions ship with the order, and we provide a layout drawing to follow.
