Pickleball Court Panels — Fast to Install, Consistent to Play On
Pickleball is growing faster than courts can be poured. Modular panels let clubs, parks and gyms build a court on any hard surface in a single day.
- Any hard base — asphalt, concrete, gravel pavers
- Custom line markings & colours
- Drains fast, plays after rain
- Sample kits available
Why modular panels suit pickleball better than a poured surface
A pickleball rally is decided by millimetres of bounce and the way the ball reacts off the surface. Panels lock edge to edge with a rigid loop-and-pin system, so there are no seams to catch the ball and no patched cracks that change how it sits up.
For clubs building on leased land or existing tennis courts, modular panels are also the practical choice: the surface goes down in hours without a contractor, and it comes back up if the site changes.
- Line markings are moulded in colour panels — no repainting every season.
- Hose it down; the perforated base drains and the surface does not hold dust.
- Same surface works indoors and outdoors, so an indoor club can replicate outdoor conditions exactly.
One product family, every court size
The 304.8 mm panel is the standard choice for pickleball and tennis courts because it matches the 12-inch reference grid used in court construction. For multi-court facilities and indoor halls, 500 mm panels cover ground faster and reduce the panel count.
Tell us the court size — a regulation pickleball court is 13.41 × 6.10 m playing area — and the number of courts, and we will return a layout drawing with the line markings marked and the exact panel quantity calculated.
For clubs, resorts, schools and resellers
We ship to sports clubs, hotels and resorts, schools and municipalities, plus distributors who resell under their own brand. OEM colour matching, printed logos and private-label cartons are available. Start with a sample kit to test the bounce and grip before ordering a container.

Frequently asked questions
Can we lay pickleball panels over an old tennis court?
Yes — any hard, flat and reasonably clean base works, including worn asphalt and concrete. The panels are laid loose and locked by hand, so there is no adhesive and the existing surface is not damaged.
How long does installation take?
Two people can lay a single pickleball court in a few hours using a rubber mallet. No special crew or curing time is needed — the court can be played on immediately after the ramp strips are fitted.
Do you supply the net posts and line markings?
Line markings are produced as coloured panels or applied to finished panels as requested. We supply the flooring system; nets and posts are normally sourced locally, and we are happy to advise on specifications.
