Interlocking Court Panels Price — What Actually Drives the Cost
Quotes for the same court can differ by a factor of two. Here is what changes the number, so you can compare suppliers properly.
- Factory-direct pricing
- Quote within 24 hours
- Trial orders accepted
- Full shipping options
The five things that move the price
Panel size and thickness. A thicker panel with more material costs more, and larger panels carry more PP per piece but fewer pieces per square metre. This is the biggest single factor.
Material grade. 100% virgin polypropylene behaves differently from recycled or blended material — in UV resistance, in how the lock holds after a season in the sun, and in price. It is the first question worth asking any supplier.
Colour. Standard colours are produced in batches; a custom Pantone match carries a minimum quantity per colour, and multi-colour courts with line markings add a colour-planning step.
Order quantity. Per-unit price falls from a sample kit to an LCL trial order to a full container, because tooling setup, colour changeovers and packing are spread over more product.
Shipping and terms. FOB, CIF and DDP land very different totals at your door. Always compare on a delivered basis for your own port, not on the ex-works figure.
- Ask for the delivered total, not the unit price alone.
- Confirm the material grade in writing — virgin PP or blend.
- Check what is included: ramp strips, edge pieces, line markings, packing.
How to get a usable quotation quickly
Send four things and you will get a serious answer instead of a range: the court size or total area, the sport and level of use, the colour requirement, and your destination port. With those we return a marked-up quotation with the panel quantity, the accessory list and the shipping options — normally within 24 hours.
If you are still comparing designs, ask for two quotes: one with standard colours on the smallest sensible panel, and one with the heavier series. That shows you the cost of the upgrade in real terms.

Frequently asked questions
Why can't you publish a fixed price per square metre?
Because the price depends on panel size, thickness, material grade, colour and order volume, and on the shipping terms. Any supplier publishing one number is quoting a specific configuration — ask which one, then ask for your own configuration quoted the same way.
Is there a minimum order?
It varies by colour and production schedule. We support mixed colours and trial orders, so tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the lowest minimum we can offer.
How fast can you quote?
With the court size, sport, colour requirement and destination port, we send a full quotation — including shipping options — within 24 hours on business days.
