Elastic Cushion Panels — Extra Shock Absorption Where It Matters

A double-layer structure with flexible support columns under an anti-fatigue surface: the surface spec for training zones, kindergartens and rehabilitation areas.

  • Double-layer elastic structure
  • Flexible support columns
  • Anti-fatigue top surface
  • Four surface styles in stock

How the double-layer build works

Standard panels have a single moulded profile; elastic panels have two. The lower layer is a grid of flexible support columns that compress under load and recover, and the upper layer is the textured playing surface. The result is a softer landing without losing the firmness needed to push off and change direction.

That combination is why this series is specified for training areas where athletes repeat jumps and landings, and for kindergarten play surfaces where children fall constantly.

  • Softer landing under repeated impact; still firm enough for sport.
  • Same click-lock edges as the rest of our range, so it can be mixed with standard panels in one court.
  • Four surface styles: elastic grid, elastic diamond, cushion base and anti-slip pro.

Where elastic panels make the difference

Use the elastic series where impact matters more than pure speed: training zones beside a main court, fitness and studio areas, kindergarten and preschool play areas, rehabilitation and warm-up rooms. Use the standard heavy-duty series for the main playing surface, and mix the two in a single layout if you need both zones under one design.

Colour planning for multi-zone floors

Because panels are moulded individually, a zone plan is simply a colour map. Tell us the zones and the total area and we return a free layout, the panel count per colour and a quotation within 24 hours. Sample kits in your final colours let you check the surface feel before a container order.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between elastic and standard panels?

Elastic panels add a second layer with flexible support columns, which increases shock absorption. Standard heavy-duty panels are firmer and are usually chosen for the main playing surface.

Can we mix elastic and standard panels on one court?

Yes. All our panels share the same edges and lock, so zones can be combined in a single layout without a transition strip.

Which surface style should we pick?

Elastic grid for general training areas, elastic diamond for a more textured feel, cushion base for maximum softness, and anti-slip pro for wet or high-traffic zones. Send us the use case and we will recommend one.
